I don't have any real issues with this book. They pay and that is ultimately what is most important. My issue is more just that I would like to see more soccer and tennis props, similar to what is offered for US sports.
I like to do a ton of teasers and parlays and it fits me perfectly with the payouts and software here. Heritage has been paying me for many years and at this point I'm comfortable just betting with them.
Have not needed to call in much but on some bonuses I like to ask questions to be sure I'm reading things right. and that I appreciate as an 82 year old man. they are friendly and don't rush you off the phone.
