That double standard is slowly reversing itself after 3 failed generations of women's lib.
Most societies have recognized the failure of the movement and are correcting their family courts and moving to "loser pays" civil litigation/ abuse claims.
Most places also use a strict statute of limitations. Of course, here in USA, the laws were changed to go after conservatives like Kavenaugh and Trump, so the USA/ Libs have some cleaning up to do.
But again, no surprise as to the depth these modern women will go to to get some money. Spend their youth fukking every loser in town, wasting away their prime years with trash men who don't give a shit about them, while all the young marrying type men sit on the sideline.
