Zeturf bank transfer withdrawal

Hi. Last monday i withdraw 70€ from the bet via bank transfer and just after that i received an email stating that my withdrawal was successful. Now its been a whole week since i have withdraw but i have not get any money.

now i chat with them and they says me that my transfer was made on 06.04.21 and to chek with my bank. Although all this, i give them time.

n now today when i emailed them.. they says that My withdrawal request is still being processed by their financial department and to wait.

when then i asked them when they will validate my transfer they now say that they no longer have information from their financial derpartment.

COULD SOMEONE HELP ME HERE PLEASE IN ORDER TO RECOVER MY MONEY?
