Youwager? Safe or play with caution?

Use this book for many,many, many, years. I’m kind of hearing some horror stories. Can somebody from BMR tell me if they’re good to go? Are they still an A book?

Been offered 40% up to 3k cash out winnings above deposit and bonuses.

There has been only 2 Youwager disputes submitted so far this year.

Both were about live betting. One was upset that YW take live markets down whenever they are ready to bet. We did not reach out to YW about that one. The other is a player who believes their bet was changed after submitted from 1H to full game. YW said they could see no evidence of that but as the player was a long term user and convinced they had not made an error they were willing to either credit them half the disputed amount as cash, or the full value as a freeplay.

They are not as easy to work with on disputes as other A rated books, and they are quick to limit winners on their live betting platform, but I do not think there is any real risk in trying them out and deciding for yourself.

Charging winning players a fee for bitcoin withdrawals was another.

Their rating is still listed as suspended here.

Not sure how long that is going to stay that way.

Oh yes, I forgot about that as Lou looked after it,

The 2.5% withdraw fee for sharps being enabled with no prior warning to cashout before it starts.

That's a good example of what I meant about them being hard to deal with when all they need to do is be fair and tell people the change will happen before it does. Not the only time they seem to be hard headed when clearly wrong.
