Just wondering what's going on at Youwager, why is their rating suspended?

YouWager’s rating has been temporarily suspended by Bookmakers Review. BMR is investigating reports of unfair treatment of winning players shared on BMR Forum and will reassess YouWager’s standing within the Rating Guide after a full investigation is conducted. Players with complaints against YouWager are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint.

Yep, multiple reports of that. They do some unnecessary kyc stuff too. I hate it when books look for any way they can to justify keeping your winnings.

I guess I've never had big enough withdrawals to run into this "tax".
If it happened, I'd be going to a different book.

I can't be certain, but I'm not sure that Ace was talking about you. There has been a rash of posts by new users, both here and over at SBR, praising YouWager with the most generic praise. These posts read like they were the message board equivalent of a hostage video.

And one of these users at SBR admitted that he was paid for his positive review after YouWager ended up screwing him over (LOL).

I have no idea why YouWager keeps doing this. They get called out every time, and it makes them look worse.

Not pretty lame, it's completely unethical.

If they choose to do this, they need it written in their rules.

I doubt they would ever add it to their rules because they would get crucified publicly and no one would ever want to continue playing there, or start playing there.

Instead they tried to do it sneakily and got caught.

I hope they do the right thing and abolish this unfair levy.

Ive had an issue with a bet being cancelled but never screwed on a payout, cant remember exactly but probably been paid 3-4 times with no issues. Always within $10 or so of the payout amount. No balance there for a couple weeks now. Received tons of free play 100+% and winnings from casino.

A withdrawal tax of anything over 2% shouldnt be a top rated book imo

Youwager called me and offered a deposit bonus a few years back, then after I deposited they reneged saying account not eligible. Been on my 'avoid' list ever since, books that do this type of thing deserve a D rating at best.

For what it’s worth I agree this book eats a bag of dicks. Much better choices out there. Even the ones recommended by BMR.

Do they limit winning bettors or just apply the 2.5% withdrawal tax. I'm up about $1000 lifetime with them so not an issue for me but I'd rather pay the payout fee then be limited to peanuts.
