I've had an account at Youwager for years, but only recently started betting on sports there again a little over a month ago. I profited mid to high four figures over some weeks and then went to login one day and received the "your account has been suspended contact customer service" message. I had not attempted to withdraw any of my balance.
So I reached out via email and was told that "the account is under review, and has part of this process, it has been temporarily closed. Please note that the review process does not have a specific time frame, but we will keep you updated as soon as there are any changes."
That was three weeks ago, and anytime I've reached out via email/phone since I've either been ignored or told the same thing — that the account is under review and there is no timeframe. I did not wrong Youwager in any way and have a lower five-figure balance on there, so this has been very disappointing.
I wanted to share both to spread awareness during this process and because I'm curious if anybody else recently has experienced similar and can potentially report what their outcome was. I'm still hoping that things pan out properly, as I hadn't heard many tales of youwager hassling/potentially stealing from players and generally had some respect for them as a book previously.
