My account got blocked for Security reasons after winning over $380. Now it’s been 2 weeks and still verifying my account. Lmao

Ok - so simple question.

- Has the book asked for any verification/documentation and have you supplied it?

- copies of any communication between yourself and the book would be helpful. Even a simple timeline of communication / attempts at reaching them to resolve would be helpful.

I get $380 is not a “large” amount to some - but theft is theft and fraud is fraud.

Given the book is noted for hanging large bonus offers to new customers - have you signed up for multiple accounts / any reasonable explanation for either multiple people at your address using different accounts or multiple logins to your account from differing IP’s that have also logged in to other accounts ?

These cases typically come down to the same issues. There is of course a presumption of innocence on the player here - but these are questions any reasonable arbiter of a dispute will be asking. If you’re asking the forums of BMR to take up your cause - go ahead and answer here and the book can post their responses as well. THEN we can form an opinion as to who is scamming whom.

Any possibility as well of running a bonus here after successfully rolling one at MyBookie? I have heard stories about that with them basically confiscating funds if you had a net win position at MB and went to Xbet for another bonus.

Limited at MB, was tempted to go after their soft lines at Xbet, but after hearing story after story, not worth it.
