Xbet.ag SCAM (Stay away, stole 8k from me)

So I opened my account around Feb 2022, lost my initial deposit, deposited again and then got lucky and won around 8k (incl my stake). Had my account suspended the next day. Been calling them countless times, they keep giving bullshit excuses, putting me on hold forever etc. They simply won't restore access to my account or pay out.
I won the money fair and square with soccer parlays. I did not take any bonus. They have even put my number/details in some ignore list because whenever I try to contact them now, they just keep me on hold.
Very frustrating, better stay away from these crooks. I am able to provide any additional information on request. Already filed a complaint with BMR.

p.s I will modify/delete this thread if they decide to restore access to my account/pay out.

Even if they did fix things, everyone should know the garbage tricks that Xbet (MyBookie) continuously pulls on their customers all the time.

Any suggestions what else can I do? I lodged a dispute with BMR. Emaling/calling Xbet didn't help. Their scummy manager was a prick too. I am going to release his name all over forums so he is never hired again by another bookmaker.

There is a guy on BMR ( @BMR Disputes Mat ) that does a good job of checking into these issues. You posted late Friday. I'd check back after a couple of business days to check status of your complaint. It may take a few days to resolve if it gets resolved.

I'd give him a few days at least. He's probably dealing with a lot of these disputes at once and it may take time to collect info and get a reply from the sportsbook.

I would say maybe send him a PM Thrusday or Friday and ask if they received and have had a chance to look at your complaint.

I stopped playing with them I had similar situation where I had like 7k balance in middle of a 20k rollover and they basically held me hostage and limited me to $1 bet. Bmr Matt was able to resolve though and I got paid out .
