XBET Account locked after hot streak

Wondering if anyone has had similar issues at XBET. Deposited about $550 on roughly 3 deposits and built it only to about $1850. During a lucky streak the account has been locked and told me to reach out to a different department

It happens from time to time with them (MyBookie). If you are hitting them live especially. We've already seen on this board where they sent a message talking about non-rec play, so they are being hyper sensitive to non-square action (not sure what markets you were hitting or if it was square).

One thing I would be careful about is you stressing what plays you have in the queue, if they are hedged that may clue them into it. It's also not going to help to panic and insert demands. Once they verify your ID, you should be all set after a bit of time.

Curious what the plays were? Not hard to see what sharp plays are, esp if they are looking at an odds screen and the market. Plenty of soft spots at MB/Xbet but after some horror stories, not sure it is even +EV to take shots there. I hear a few people getting paid decent amounts, but that makes me think those are losing accounts.

Limited several years ago down to peanuts but got paid after some back and forth. Glad not to deal with that group honestly.

mainly soccer wagers. Now they’re telling me I have a returned balance at mybookie of $300. Telling me I need to pay that before they’ll open my XBet account. I’ve reported a complaint here and just will hope BMR can help. I’d even agreed to let them take $300 I’m not even aware of out of my balance and they say they won’t do that to send $300 in bitcoin which is even odder

Dumb question but do you have a returned balance with them at MyBookie? Did they have proof that you had a transaction that charged back $300 to your bank or card?

I had closed the account down the guy said in 2020, that it shows a balance of $300 returned from a card transaction. I said can you send me that he said yes and never did. Honestly, am looking to get this squared away and think I’m done with offshore too tricky lately
