Have you filed a complaint against them with New BMR using the email address at the head of the list of Forum threads?

Are tlc88.co.uk and fun88.co.uk one and the same? They are both powered by TGP Europe and have the same odds and markets - there's just a different colour scheme on each of the two websites.

TGP are just the platform provider for this company. The owner is a group called Welton Holdings Ltd.

They are nothing to do with jenningsbet, but operate the following sites

Tlc88
Fun88
Asiabet88

they have something to do with first cagayan and appear to be a phillipine company.

Ratkodana do you have an account with fun88??? I am currently looking at the terms, although I haven't found anything yet they may only allow one account at one of their sites or one bonus at one site (if you took a bonus that is).

I'll keep reading the terms and see if anything comes to light

The only thing I can find which could be abused by this company is this term

7.13 You and the people living at the same address as you are allowed to open only one account with us.   You must not attempt to bypass any of the restrictions which prevent the creation and/or use of multiple accounts. If we discover that you and the people living at the same address as you have more than one account with us, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to join all such accounts as a single account, cancel the additional accounts or terminate Your Account. Checks for duplicate registration details will be undertaken at the point of registration using in house database checking methods and third party specialist fraud prevention agencies.

They refer to themselves as Welton Holdings in the terms, and could possibly be using this as a reason if you have an account with fun88 or asiabet88 as well.

Obviously the other thing could be they accuse you of bonus abuse if you have taken a bonus from any of their sites.

Where did you say you were from again Ratkodana?? You did mention it in another thread, but can't remember what thread it was

I wasn't actually defending them here I was just pointing out that the term I listed is rogue.

They refer to the company (Welton Holdings) rather than the individual site. They could be using this term against you. They could be using this term in a way that says you are only allowed one account at any site operated by this company.

Sportingbet operate 2 websites and you are only allowed an account at one. Their terms are worded in the same way as the terms for these.

Jennings aren't the same company, they are just powered by the same software. However companies using the same software provider may well share information in regards to accounts.

The fact that Tlc88 and fun88 are owned by the same company has nothing to do with me knowing the bonus rules or not. If you signed up at one and placed bets and used a bonus, then cashed out and went straight onto their next site doing the same, there is a chance they will flag you for bonus abuse.

Cassava (888sport) are prolific for this.

I'm not defending this bookie whatsoever, just trying to point out why this might have happened. That term on their site could be interpreted however they wanted, that was what I pointed out.

I assume you're referring to the bet victor post regarding defending bookies - I 100% believe that case was fraudulent. You however I think you have been a victim of rogue terms.

Just to clarify things, as Yourmum says above, TGP Europe is only the platform provider and is owned by TGP Holdings (itself part of the Sun City Casino group). As part of its 'white label' operation TGP Europe Ltd provides a sports betting platform for a number of bookmakers including Jenningsbet, Setantabet, Betstars (used to be Wilsonbet), 138.com, Fun88 and Tlc88. The last two bookmakers, Fun88 and Tlc88, are both owned by the same parent company (Welton Holdings Ltd), but Jenningsbet, Setantabet, Betstars and 138.com are all in separate (individual) ownership and merely share the same betting platform as Fun88 and Tlc88.

They seem to give the impression that they are a big bookmaker, both of their UK sites sponsor football teams, although having said that - bet butler sponsored a team and plenty of racing events as well.

I'm going to email them and get clarification on that term I posted.

Hi Ratkodana. I received an email from tlc88 and they say you can have accounts at both, although they didn't answer my question about having a bonus at both, so maybe that is the issue.

Also did you see my post about the clone site? Did the one you sign up have the logo tlc188??? As there is a site with the logo tlc178 which is an exact copy. This could be a scam site and perhaps you were caught out and used this clone site instead?

Okay ignore that thing about the clone site, I have another email which states that tlc178 is the future of tlc188. Seems odd considering tlc188 (tlc88.co.uk) only started in November 2014.

I can only guess that it may be an intellectual rights issue with 188bet. I believe William Hill had an issue years ago involving one of their brands and 32red as they had similar a name containing 32something

What email did you use? Did you use the one on their complaints Page? I have emailed them before and they responded within 48 hours. Did you look at this page:

http://www.gov.im/gambling/players.xml

Scroll down to complaints procedure and Try filling out the complaints form they have on there. Says it will speed up any enquiry
