I had never heard of them until I saw your post (BMR doesn't appear to have any record of them). Their website indicates that they have only been in business since November 2013 and that they are licensed in Malta. Neither one of these facts does much to inspire confidence in my view. If you haven't already done so, you could try posting a complaint about them with BMR (see the sticky at the top of the list of threads).
