WTA Doha and Guadalajara Tournaments

Great tourneys this week with Doha just stacked with the top names. Guadalajara just has a handful with Keys, Sloane, Emma, and Sara Sorribes Tormo. SST is the 4th favorite but see lots of value in her at +1000. She has a gravy quarter.

At Doha, I don't know who the hell made that draw but it is so damn top heavy. Just brutal with Sabbie, Kerber, Rybakina, Daria, and Iga in the 1st quarter and had Badosa, Bencic, Coco, Pegula, Kenin/LI, Sakkari in 2nd q.... So basically leaving Kontaveit, Svitilina, Jabeur, Kvitova, and Mertens in 3rd Q and Muguruza, Azarenka, Anisimova, and Krejova. I think a great opportunity for Kontaveit or Muggs/Viki winner assuming they get that far.

Just 2 big upsets yesterday with Svitolina and Rybakina going out in 1st rd in Doha and the tournament favorite Keys with the early exit in Guadalajara. My girls looked good. Some good matches overnight. Make sure you look at the odds page as you can see how tennis mLs vary from book to book.

Not a fan at all of Anisimova but think she is a good live dog against Jelena. All these matches will catch up to her soon rather than later. Amanda did look good earlier in year. Krejcikova should not be laying near 500 to anyone even if she has been stud this past year. Up until last year, she was a great doubles player but an automatic fade in singles. I would take the spread pts here.

This one's much less likely than Alcaraz but I'm gonna take Baez +850 to win Santiago. He won 6 clay CHs. last yr. & this field is slightly above CH. level so decent value at that price.

Good news:
-Joker went down as I think as a -50000(opponent even choked serving for match but won tie-break)
-Sinner went down(Hurk is no slouch though)

Bad news:
-I didn't throw 300 more on Rublev and odds went up to+800. Would of had huge hedge if wanted.
-Muggz ran into a playing out of her mind Jelena. Jelena has ton of talent and a big fan of hers watching her since she came up and won the French Open than had the bad injury and mentally lost it with injury and father passing away. So happy for her but really wanted this Muggs +6k score or at least todays match. I invested a lot more than I usually do there.
-I didn't throw any on Kontaveit win all and she is in my 1st post with Muggs as being ones with a great chance.


Still got tons of money on table to cash with 3 remaining tourneys and just under 1k if Rudy's 2nd guy cashes. He is up 3 strokes. This has all been on a 500 reload, gL today!!

Don't want to jinx her but Sara is looking amazing today. On tennis channel now. For those that don't know her, she is annoying to play as she will just keep hitting everything in play and her fitness is amazing. If you want to beat her than you are going to be wore out with long rallies. Her weakness is her serve like most in the WTA. Most opponents are forced to shorten the pts with her and than the errors pile up.

Fully expecting Sara to make the Final as well. Sloane could be a problem: (2-0 H2H) in 2019 on clay but Sara is actually better on HCs these days. If that does turn out to be the Final you could always hedge to ensure a profit or let it ride if you have that much faith in her.

I am a little worried this next match though unless bookmakers just aren't giving the defending champion Sara any respect here. I mean Sara is 2-0 against with 1 being here last year. The other girl is ranked 96 and hasn't beat anyone good in over a year last being Andreccu last February. What gives here? Only -139

-139 seems fishy af but might as well consider it a gift. Bouzkova 6-2 this yr. but best win was against #78 Doi. WTA such a crap shoot unless you're betting on a totally in form player. Case in point AO Coco -1250 vs. Wang only loser in my 13TP so who tf knows. Still loving Sara in this spot based on the matchup. Against a basher like Sabalenka who beat Sara from down 0-6, 0-4 in 2020 Ostrava, totally different story.

Sara is worth 3675 to me right now. Sure I can start hedging and making a profit but I liked her to win all at +1000 with Keys on her side of the bracket. I am definitely letting it ride. I know her quirks so could always live out as well. I wish I pulled ttrigger on the added Rublev +800 last night. That I would have hedged some. He is only worth 2400 now so will ride. Your Baez play I will ride unless you say jump off, he is worth 1875.

Agreed, too much equity in Sara to hedge & Baez should make the Finals as well. Lost to Montiero last wk in Rio after 2 long 3 setters prior. (beat him 5 straight sets prior so he should avenge that loss). Ramos SF could be tricky but did just beat him in 5 in AO. Tabilo in the Finals is a toss up if that's the match up so that might be worth a small hedge. Shocked Rublev was ever +800 live against McD considering he was never down a set & a break. Obv. must've been when he was serving 1-2, 15-40.

Bet against Australia hoops getting good +40.5(original line around 34) with Chinese Taipei. My team went on nice run so had 22 pt cushion 4th Q. Ended up only covering by 3 so had to watch like a hawk to but out if needed.. Than hit a league I like live bet Filipino league. Got +8.5 team than middled with other side -1.5...team blew lead went OT so won 0.85 cents instead of over 1k. too funny. Over all up a grand on day and RO will be complete.'

2 Great Golf bets this morning. 1st is Villegas, the same match-up as yesterday but betting opposite guy. Other is IM who I will probably fade in the 3rd round depending who he is against. I took the +1/2 on Villegas but can take +124 mL. Juice was low so I rather have the stroke. Plays at BM. If I was betting at BOL than I would add Hossler over Sabatini. Sabbi is horrible rd 2's here. I wasn't going to reload there just to bet this though and BM didn't have any Sabbi match-ups. gL!!

As much as I can't stand him, actually think this is a perfect spot for El Shapo to finally win a 500. Total letdown spot for Vesely after yesterday & Rublev should be gassed if he wins today. I'd still take Shapo over Hurk regardless. Gonna have Bri add to her Gonz/Nets/GSW parlay with, Sara, Baez & Med (massive revenge spot) to juice it to 33K. contemplating adding Shapo -220 to get it to 48K but not sure it's worth the risk. I'd like to get your opinion on what relatively safe tennis plays from today to add or subtract to the parlay. This is on a $5 deposit for her so why not shoot for the fucking stars am I right Enikk?
