So I had an accumulator bet placed on 1xbet. There was one game pending, a pre-match bet on Kenya Army (-8.5) vs Prison Central in the Kenya Volleyball Federation League which was to hold at 8am (GMT+1) on Saturday 16 April 2022. However, the game did not go to live like the other game that started at the same time. Then I knew something was up, it's possible the game had been postponed. After a while when the match should have ended, still there were no updates. Then I did a bit of research then I found out that Prison Central did not attend the game they had on the 15th April 2022. So I was angry that I had to wait 48hrs for the bet to be calculated as a postponed game/push. So this morning around 1am (GMT+1, 39 hrs later) I logged on to my account and saw that the bet was calculated as a loss. I was very surprised then I checked the scores. First thing that caught my eyes was that the score of that match was the exact same score of another Kenya match that took place on Saturday, AP Kenya vs Prisons Nairobi (20-25, 25-20, 21-25, 25-20, 13-15). Exact same score stating that Prison Central won. Like in the world of probability that would be close to impossible. Then I started searching for the scores, Betsapi (https://betsapi.com/r/4912158/Kenya-Army-vs-Prisons-Central) shows the game is postponed. The league itself does not have an official website so I searched media outlets etc. They made mention of the other games that occurred but not that match. I contacted online support and I told them this but they refused to heed stating that the match occurred. I could not get a response from Kenya Army or prison central so I reached out to Trailblazers Kenya Volleyball team, the team that played Kenya Army on Sunday 17 April 2022. They categorically stated that both Prison Central and Vihiga (who i did not know or ask about) did not come to play. This is a confirmation from a competing team and from all the scores I gathered, Kenya Army did not play. So how did 1xbet and their data aggregator come up with the score? All I want is for them to properly calculate my bet with bet number 26263283843. I have attached screenshots of my conversation with the trailblazers team on facebook and their website which shows that Prison central has only played 2 games which they lost.
This is the first time I would ever contend a score as I know that this is a rip-off.
