I was looking yesterday art some books compared to our lines and so many you can save 5 to 30 cents every bet any sport, I have no idea how bettors can bet USA lines it is hard enough beating -110 lines.

With legal USA books the juice is almost always higher and the payoff odds not nearly as good.
I'm not sure they will ever catch up no matter how many years go by
However, offshore books need to find ways to lower transaction fees and offer more bonuses like they used to in order to give players reason to pick them over legal Sports books.
Playing at both offshore and legal isn't a bad idea for now.

Can't have it both ways.

Licenses and state taxes have to be paid somehow.

US licensed books would need to be 15% better at bookmaking than the offshore guys just to match what they can do.

Yeah. Limits on how many can enter the country per day means it is very expensive and you may be delayed a long time trying to get back in as well. And when you do it costs another couple of thousand to be locked in a hotel for 2 weeks quarantine.
