NC church to give away $10k in gas this weekend​

Mount Zion Baptist Church will give away free gas to the first 200 cars that show up to Gastown Gas Station located at 1409 South Elm-Eugene Street, on Saturday, March 19, starting at 7 a.m.

The church said during the gas giveaway, they'll check air pressure, wash windows, and pump gas.

Mount Zion said this service is for anyone in need.

Lazy asses need to put same effort into finding a job. Wait that many hours looking for a handout. Make more at minimum wage than sitting in line that many hours. Should of gave out vouchers to those that actually need it instead of those that had spare time on their hands to waste 8 hours or so waiting. Thought was there though. I would have rather seen it help the elderly on a fixed budget or the Veterans.
