The race tracks are a perfect example. You have to go in your pocket all the time when you’re at the track and put that cash out. It’s a big difference then clicking on a phone and computer.

I seem to have a little bit of compulsion in me, particularly with eating and betting. If unhealthy foods are in my house or if I have a big sports betting balance at my fingertips.

There’s always gonna be a 1/3rd chance to my estimation that I binge or go tilt. This is something I need to work on as a human being and try not to repeat this behavior in 2025.

It’s weird though I have the discipline to go inside a casino, walk to the sports book and not order any food or drink if I’m just there for a money transaction and leave. Now if I’m meeting someone there and we’re gonna play some table games that’s different.

The biggest difference is the all and it’s hard to do that in person
