sad but most women, esp when they think they are "famous", think they are more important then they are and this is a prime example. not downplaying the league or women but few know these players by face. they live in fantasy land.

instead of being grateful for the attention clark brought and continues to bring, they talk bad about her. imagine hating the star who can actually make them relevant and raise all their salaries.

women really are. i see a woman at the gym and she is smiling and talkative one day. two days later she doesn't even look at me. a week later and i get a hello and that is it. so annoying. and i am not even the one initiating anything. not being creepy, etc. which is a whole other thing to worry about.

I'm not surprised by this. I doubt 1 in 100 people would recognize a WNBA player on the street unless they were:

Sophie
Reece
Maybe Griner

if they marketed the whole league and the "talent" the right way, the league would do better

sex sells. attractive players can drive attention. use it.

I rarely watch it unless Clark’s playing and that I’ll only probably watch the fourth quarter
