Know a lady in a small town locally she would be in the stores buying them all day the most expensive tickets

She hit $1 million couple years ago

But she also had a local landscaping business before that but then ended up going broke and losing that business also after she won that money

If you got just 6-8% interest a year on the $1 mill that would be $60-80k/year

Most people are stupid with money though. If they’re living paycheck to paycheck whether making $20/hr or $100k per year they’re going to eventually find a way to blow a million without investing any of it wisely as well.
