William hill withdrawl

I withdrew my winnings from William hill they put some of my winnings in the account I deposited from and the rest in my account which was closed... in there terms and conditions it states they make the withdrawl back to the account which made the deposit.. I've tried to contact them and had no reply I've tried via live chat and they keep closing the chat when I ask them? I dont know what to do now.

I suspect that this is some sort of security/anti-moneylaundering rule and William Hill won't budge.The money must have wound up somewhere.If it tried to get to a closed bank account it's probably in a suspense account.You need to contact the bank to get it transferred.
