Just checked BOL. CAROLINA down to +3.5 from +5.5 against TAMPA. I remember the Raiders responded to their interim coach when they be dismantled NYG. May play CAR + 5.5 in a contest where spreads are locked from earlier in the week. See what happens.

If you can play a contest line that's fixed at +5.5, yes, that's good.

As for the game today, I don't think the HC change matters. Only matters if they swapped out the QB. This all goes back to the owner demanding that they take Young (who is a bust).

THX for the info. Heard the rumors that Tepper wanted Young. If so a bad move so far. Just took CAR +5.5 in the contest. Hoper for the best with a bad team.

Its very odd how conservative they are on offense. Almost every series yest was 2/3 running plays. 2 runs 1 pass and almost all first down plays were running plays. You would think carolina wants to see what Young has. See if he can sling it…unless they are just afraid to let him throw because they dont think he is very good

agreed. but one problem is his receivers get very little separation. Young did throw a 30 yard dime late in the game down to TB 5 yard line to set up the score that got the cover albeit in a losing proposition. Young may prove to be a bust but for sure CAR Needs an upgrade at wideout and O line.
