Bets on NASCAR are Graded after the post-race inspection process is complete and an official result is declared.

So, are you saying BM grades immediately after the race and before inspections?
All the other only grade AFTER inspections and race is official?

I've never really noticed before.

If that's the case, then BM is likely getting some pissed off bettors if there is an inspection issue and the results change.

YES, this happened once to me, was not happy..................but to be fair, that's in their rules.

Funny we’re talking about this literally hours after this post but this totally came into play for me tonight as I have both the first and second place truck

Klingerman was DQ a few minutes after the race and Heim named official winner

Thank goodness I have both but Heim I’d get almost twice as much

If I read their rule 5 I see if driver is announced day prizes are announced, which this clearly was (as in Heim declared winner day of race) he’s the winner as far as bets go.

I would read this rule 5 to protect form a driver being declared winner day or two after, or if someone appeals and is later found winner, as Lewis threatened to do to Max first year he won the title in their final race

Thoughts? BM still hasn’t graded it

Don't you think Rule #5 matches the statement Fish made.... That they don't wait until AFTER official inspection? Seems to agree with it since they go off podium positions on day of race and screw any later rulings.
