Posters were crying about it like it was the end of the world of Rudy wasn't banned...it's ok when they post shit talk against posters they don't like but they whine and push their report buttons when others want to post shit talk. Phony hypocrites here all ganged up on him pretty much.
As far as I know, you know is NOT perma-banned and he was on an automatic system triggered bad boy "time out" due to his berating ownership, Genie and the rest of the staff and community in one of his many drunken rages. During that time-out he made a fake account to continue to verbally abuse staff by PM. That account was left open so he could say what he had to say and get it out of his system because he is addicted to PMs as everyone knows.
He had a funeral here, but him not being here is him not wanting to be here. I hinted at this with the "Notre Dame" comment at the end of episode #2 of the podcast. He is welcome to sit in on any podcast. He is a valuable community member when he isn't drinking. If he turned off his computer everyday at lunch there would be no issues. Some people shouldn't drink especially mixing in pills. It is not cool to harass everybody daily than apologize the next morning than do the same thing that afternoon and just keep doing it day after day.

Again, you are wrong. Do you not remember the shit he was saying to Genie?? If you are not happy here feel free to join him and start your own forum. No one should treat Genie like shit.
From everything you told me and with the funeral threads about Rudy etc I thought that that account was permanently banned and he could open an account under another name.
I'm not taking about treating Genie like shit...I'm taking about threads and shit talk being allowed against Rudy because you all don't like him anymore...while protecting other posters...and don't worry about me or others finding out own way out of here like you said we know the way out ourselves.
Michael Myers/Jason Vorhees ever really die?? Everyone wanted him not to drink and stay sober and be in good health. Maybe you were still sleeping to see the sober/stable poster. Very few actually dislike him. He is a great poster when he isn't trying to tell the owners how they should be running their forum or verbally assaulting everyone drunk posting.
So afterwards when Rudy was banned and you all piled on verbally assaulting him all in good fun is ok...but verbally assaulting like Rudy did is not ok because you all decided it wasn't in good fun anymore...bottom line is it's all words on online forums...you're a nurse Enikk you've know assault by words aren't the same as physical assault...anyone not liking what's posted could press their ignore button and that includes staff... doesn't mean I condone whatever Rudy posted at Genie since I didn't see it...but I don't condone banning Rudy or everyone piling on him either...
