Eventually one of these teams will draft a generational Quarterback and that will change their fortunes forever. It happened with New England so why can't one of these teams get a QB that is a game changer? In the case of Cincinnati and Buffalo I'd say they have that player but of the two I think Cincinnati is closer to winning a Super Bowl.

This is true always seems like the Chargers problems stem from being poorly coached. They have the talent to compete with anybody but coaching lets them down. They are set at QB too with Herbert playing there for the forseeable future but they probably need to find the right coach if they want to win big.
