NFL...
Not that focused on it and consistently lose when I bet it, so I haven't done much betting on it in years.
This year, refocusing. Hope to do better.

My worst will always be EPL Soccer and Tennis.

It’s simple why too - chase too many big money lines looking to make a little extra and inevitably lose my ass.

I learned long ago not to play the chalk in NFL/NBA - way too much parity and even bad teams win 25% of their games - so when your laying -1000 your gonna get burned 25% of the time - recipe for a big loss over a season.

But never fails - I get off a couple of good days betting bases of CFB and think I’ll take a chance - playing a -400 under 3.5 goal or something in a match for a couple thousand to try and win an extra $500 to take a chance on a 3 teamer for Sunday and call it a week. Only “good” that happens - I lose, get disgusted and don’t play on Sunday so I I’m locked into a profit for the week. But always look at it thinking I “could” have been up $5500 for the week and am limping away with less than half that.

Tennis is horrible for live betting. Anyone betting heavy faves - especially challenger level players needs their damn head examined. I tried scalping that stuff a few weeks years ago - didn’t take me long to realize why books were more than happy to take my action. Junkie bets at their lowest level - the books actually seek out players who okay that stuff as they know those players are guaranteed long term profit.

I forget the posters handle from SBR, he recently lost his wife. He would bet live tennis wagers at like -500 or more & lose quite a bit & would never change up his strategy. I gave him shit for that & he was also an all in guy on every wager until he reached like 5K for a payout. Would only mention his cashouts & never his deposits lol.
