When you’re up, do you take shots?

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night. If something's stressing me out and I can't get back to sleep I'll take 2 or 3 shots and I'm back to sleep in no time.

This is something I finally learned in 2024, and in 2025 that won’t happen for me and my bankroll. @jjgold what did you learn as a gambler in 2024 anything worth mentioning to the board ?

long term 99.99 of gambling forum type guys are not disciplined enough with money management for the long long haul to keep grinding AND be long term winners. LT Profits type consistency doesn't grow in trees.

if you want big scores you better grind up a roll for a bit and then use variance in your favor and take some big shots with big single bets or hope to hit a long odds parlay
