I think they should do away with the Field Sobriety Test because it can be based on opinion of the officer giving it.
Many of the officers have known and worked closely with over the years feel the same way.

I disagree.

If you don't show impairment during the field test, then it should be over. After all, that's what counts in the spirit of the law. Are you impaired? Did you use poor judgement when deciding to drive? That kind of shit.

If an officer is biased in the field test then the breathalyzer could clear the person.
