I want to win obviously.

But really, my strategy is just to "not lose" rather than "must win". Stay in the game and don't ever let it be a problem.

Nearly every year I hit a big one or two along the way to end up in profit in the end.

I'm down $553 for this year to date. Haven't hit any big pays yet. But bet I end up no worse than $1000 down and more likely to be a couple of thousand up by the Xmas.

Worst case scenario would be a $20/week loss for the year.

Cheap entertainment. Plus it has paid for a couple of overseas holidays and a small business over the last 5 years.
