It doesn't matter. These are the animals that don't return shopping carts to their stations, then complain about service or prices. They cannot function in society, and its been this way since the inception of our current culture.
There are things you don't do if you want to progress in world of law & order, such as:
Fight in public
Yell or scream in public
Use profane language towards others
Fail to obey or abide by insignificant law
Disturb public peace w your noise
Litter
And that's just a list from the video alone. These people, and many poor whites as well, are not right in the head. There was a time when we'd send them to the front line in some war to weed out the herd, but without such extermination, the population of ill minded and uncontrollable stupid people continues to grow and burden the rest of us.
