For me it varies week to week depending on what sports are going on at the time

In a given week, maybe 10-20%.

I look at it more on a day-to-day basis. By keeping my individual bets near 1-2% of my bankroll and making, at times, 10+ plays/day on busy weekend days, that is about the peak of my bankroll use.

If the week is going bad, I become more selective in my plays so the total bankroll use is reduced.

Weekly?? Damn Chip, I am like Rudy. Daily. Push the chips in. If it isn't life changing than it keeps getting pushed in. Have never taken a serious slow approach to it as I have always looked at it as a hobby. Be a great time to start taking it serious instead of treating like that game at the carnival/fair where you smack the target with a mallet just to see how high you can get.

Yes I have hit 100% many times including single plays. It is one hell of an adrenaline rush with everything riding but the morning after ain't fun when you get your ass handed to you. Now I try to be more selective but still spread it out quite a bit.

I will also say you shouldn't do the 100% approach if you would be out of the game for any significant length of time between reloads.

I just couldn't live with 100% approach. The HIGHS and LOWS would be too extreme and lead to a lot MORE DRINKING.

I will hammer any sport and market where I have an edge. I look each morning how I did the night before. When you bust, reload. And if you have some dingleberry balances, just blow them on exotics if you are flying under the radar and haven't yet been limited.
