I don't understand why this is not reviewable.

People lost their spread bets but what would have been worse is if NOLA converted and won the game with the 2 pt conversion.

I noticed that too when I was watching it I had New Orleans on the ML so I felt very grateful to even have a chance to win that game, but it was definitely a blunder by the NFL and the refs.
