It means there's always somebody somewhere around the world betting into some kind of market, causing motion, which could trigger more bets.

There's always motion, somewhere, and if there isn't, the smart book will create it with line movement.

In this fashion, with sports, money can never sleep.

In terms of being patient with your betting, and not an action junkie, it pays to remember too things.
