What do you think about NHL banning players from Olympics?

Personally I think the Olympics is the pinnacle in terms of sport.

Playing for your country against the rest of the world beats out any one country trophy for mine.

Every time the NHL does this crap, I personally hope the league gets some sort of backlash or cost.

Much tougher to be amateur only when most kids with talent are scooped up into the pro system at an early age these days.

Pro athletes should play, they owe that to their Country.
