I've played first-person shooter games exclusively for years, with sporadic forays into MMOs or RTS games. I'm kind of tired of playing the same old first-person shooter games, and Elden Ring's hype has made me realise that. I have two inquiries.

- What Souls-like game is the best for beginners to start with? Dark Souls 3 is the only one I currently own.
- What additional games or genres are in your "must play" list? More single-player experiences are what I'm after.
