Shocked. I thought there would be some minimum capacity for Div 1 (I know the list isn't all Div 1 schools). The NCAA has some seating requirements to get into Div 1 football.

Nobody cares but the bettors. NCAA hockey in the schools where they have both outdraws the hoops in many cases (Vermont, UMass, Northeastern, Boston University). Rather see lines for the pucks more prominent. They're out there, but you have to dig and not all games are posted.

Why was .3 put back on the clock here?

Why was .3 put back on the clock here?
I just think the refs ruled that the foul had to take place with time on the clock.

Under the guidelines, at 0.3sec I don't think any (non-tip in) heave would have counted.
