Easiest way out is not digging yourself into one to start with.

If you don’t understand how to manage your gambling to not create a situation like this - no advice is going to help you as you clearly didn’t pay attention the first time around to what anyone had to say.

Education is only expensive to those unwilling to learn to begin with - plenty of posters sharing tips and opportunities on how to be a profitable gambler here - find the strategy that works best for you and then follow it. If nothing else - do the opposite of what put you in the hole to begin with - if the opposite is not gambling, so be it. Whatever works for you as there are no one size fits all answers.
