I had to look this up but, its true. It is illegal to eat on BART train platform in California.
Also, the guy eating the sandwich got beligerant with the cop before the other cops arrived, calling him a f*gg*t and saying, "You f___in' fag. Ask your mama what my name is, that's what you can do."

I’ve gotten out of a few tickets & $#!T, by simply stating ‘Yeah, I’m wrong, I’m sorry’ right off. Cops would rather you go on your way, NOT BE AN A$$#0LE, so they don’t have to do the paperwork. Once you give them $#!T - you’re done…..

Exactly. Like I said before I've been stopped many times before and never had a problem. Two speeding tickets in my life but I was flying each time so deserved.
