Putting aside how dumb laying -1800 is in ⛳️ this is almost comically hilarious how this played out. Hideki Matsuyama needs to birdie 17 & 18 (toughest hole) to tie Keegan for a dead heat. Birdies 17, hits a great drive on 18, then there's a 3.5 hr weather delay. Constantly getting updates & assume they'll resume the next day. After 3.5 hrs of no updates, I check again & see they resumed 10 minutes ago. All I had to do was stop checking cuz then I would've won the bet after he missed a fucking 2 foot tap in. But instead, I checked literally right before that missed put, obv assumed he'd make it & took the shitty cashout costing myself 7k. What's worse is I have no idea what the payout would've been on a -1800 dead heat if he made it since it's complicated af to figure out so taking the cashout probably wasn't that much more.

* Won back $2800 after that, then proceed to get cute taking the Rays +1.5, B9 with LAD having 1st & 2nd, no outs. Obv a HR kills me in that spot (but what are the odds right?🤦🏻‍♂️) Shohei walk-off GS with 2 outs to reach 40/40.
This would be my 12th ALL IN bet since July so hopefully for the 12th time in a row I avoid reloading 50k & keep my savings at 130k.
Korda is the most concerning considering his atrocious record at the USO.

That parlay should be good to get your bankroll back to 130K Dougy.

Moutet is annoying to play against too. But hard court isnt his favorite surface
Pretty much the exact same thought process (posted this earlier at menstennisforum.com)

Moutet on paper seems like a tricky 1R match-up, but this really shouldn't be an issue.
1) it's on hard court not clay
2) there's gonna be plenty of BP chances unlike with Perricard & Vesely in both Wimb 1R losses (he actually had a bunch vs. Vesely but Moutet's serve isn't gonna bail him out as much)

@dougtushyterror hey question, when you hit that big parlay at FD when you hitched over there on a bus collecting your bag of cash. Did you have to pay any taxes on that money and what was the winning amount for I forget ? Posters are telling me that I’m gonna have to pay taxes on my 15K wager that I just made at the Hard Rock Bet if I win.

The payout was $45k on ~$21k risk so ~24k profit. They never sent me a W-G2 so I suspect you'll be in the clear tax-wise as well. Just got this shit in the mail yesterday on something completely unrelated that I'd rather not get into on a public forum, that I'm unfortunately stuck paying.
* the $600 or more is bullshit, it's only if you hit a 300x bet so you have nothing to worry about.Screenshot_20240824_171240_Chrome.jpg

Yeah Dougy the line manager told me I won’t be taxed unless it’s a 300 to 1 payout. They asked for my social to verify who I was. I asked them you need my social for tax purposes and they said no. Posters are giving their opinions based on Google searches and not personal experiences. That’s why I asked you because you’ve been in that position at the B&M.

That's what really fucking sucks about DEN not making the Finals. That 2.65M would've been tax-fucking free on top of that. 😔
