Yea - a 2 month limit will never be a thing, 2 year is more reasonable. Tort reform vs individuals - I don’t see that ever being a thing.
But the story as presented simply stinks - so you meet Watson right in the middle of the accusations made against him - he ask you out and you say ok - but only if you just come to my place - I don’t want to go out in public with you (first red flag). He comes over and is SCREAMING at you for not giving good directions and you let him in (red flag #2) - she says I need to finish getting ready and goes to bathroom - returning to find him naked on her bed asking for a massage - which she willingly gives (red flag 3). Before he assaulted her and she defends herself with a heavy piece of furniture. No 911 call/call a friend.
THEN you wait 4 years to bring this accusation anonymously - knowing multiple other accusations have been made and settled.
