Twagering.com Agent Not Paying Out

Hi, so it's been about a few weeks and I asked for a 3k withdrawal from twagering.com and agent has gone silent since. He was chatting with me (via text) regularly and then when I asked for the withdrawal, he's gone cold turkey. Is there anything I can do about this? Am I able to contact PayPal and put a complaint about him since that's how I deposited and am asking for method of w/d? Thanks for everyone's help!

I'm also looking for some sportsbooks that offer that EZ Live platform as I find it one of the best to use but it's mostly on those pay per head sites....does anyone have any recommendations?

Pretty sure paypal isn't going to lift a finger for a complaint about an online gambler not being paid, if anything they might flat out close your account with them for using it for those purposes. Similar to a crypto wallet that is publicly traded.
