It's strange how cities are so different

In Tampa, where the Rays have been good & even world series contenders the last several years, the organization is regularly offering great ticket deals, with giveaways, and so on, yet they can't get the attendance up

The big difference is there is nothing else to do in SEATTLE. Seahawks suck. Sonics left in 2008. It rains ever damn day. It's cold and all they have is coffee shops and grunge rock bands.

In FLA, you got a lot of stuff to do in the nice warm sun. Hot chicks in bikinis everywhere.... Heaven. Sports teams are just a distraction in South FLA, until the playoffs. :ROFLMAO:

Actually I had a good time when we went to Seattle before our cruise last year. Went on a giant wheel and got awesome pictures. Walked around Pikes Peak market and ate. Went for delicious all you can eat fish, chips and chowder one night. I wouldn't mind going back one day

Everything you just described is same-ole, same-ole thing for locals and supports the view MLB is the only thing to do in town. :ROFLMAO:

I lived in Washington for 20 years having relocated from the Bay Area. It was a good place to raise kids as opposed to the Bay Area no graffiti on the high school walls and all that crap.
The summer’s are picture perfect but the other 8 months you are a vampire lol. My kids still live there and they like it as I’ve tried to persuade them to move down to Ca.

But when l retired l bolted as much as every day is groundhogs day just couldn’t imagine spending every day back home.
Here in SoCal your just a car ride away from every thing.
That being said the traffic in Wa. Is just as bad as anywhere as the population is growing immensely.

Biggest Hoax there is too keep an already over-crowded State without enough roads from being even more of a cluster fvck. What if I told you there is a good 3-4 months(all summer) where it may only rain a handful of times beautiful and sunny in the 70s and 80s(unfortunately this year there was way to many 90 degree days which usually doesn't happen). nights are cool and perfect sleeping weather. Not only that, every where you go you see a beautiful Mount Rainier staring at you. She is beautiful. Starting soon we will get the depressing over-cast/rain days for the other 7-8 months and we won't even get a peek of that beautiful bitch but the cool temps at night make it all worth it. I love nights in the high 30s-to low 60s. Windows open and no heat on in this house. With windows open, do smell the fireplaces going elsewhere even in the 50s damn sissys.

The San Juan islands in the summer is all mostly whatever the opposite of snow birds is. Floridians and Arizonians flock to beat the heat.
Students take the ferry in the summers to work on the islands because the pay is real good. And l would imagine in current conditions the pay is outrageous.

Haven't made it there yet or anywhere really in the 3 years I have been here. I am blessed the Drs are good here. Probably be dead if still lived in Florida. Healthcare is terrible there. I was in my own hospital 2015 slice me in half complete left side of my body was numb. scary shit dik and all complete left side no feeling. Dr said MRIs were clear. I had to argue with the Neuro and tell them brain lesions just don't fvcking go away. Lucky I keep all my shit and have had a ton on MRIs to show her than she ordered the spinal tap. If I didn't work there or had a clue to my health they would not have listened and miss diagnosed. I am sure they fvcked up performing the colonoscopy as well as colon tumors are slow to grow and mine was large after just 5 years. Fvck Florida.

Look at your medical shit good peeps and save everything. Dr's usually just have time to look at the "impression" and not each thing in detail.
