I had 224 euros on my account.I asked for a withdrawal of 170 euros of my account, and then tobet refused it and canceled three of my tickets. One bet was made a month ago. Please help, I have pictures of all tickets, that they are accepted and paid, and they canceled ticket when a month has passed. I don't know why they do it, i bet regularly, they say that I made a bet when result was already known, but that isn't correct. Please help

What event or sporting event did you bet on? You need to be more specific on what they are claiming you have done wrong. Have they also closed your account?

I bet on football, next goal, or under/over, they told me that i bet on event, when i knew the result, and that isn't correct, i bet all regular, but when they saw I got some money, they canceled it all

Yes,I bet on matches live, but I don't even know how could I knew the result, that's ridiculous, I bet all regular. They canceled one ticket when a month has passed, as i said, if there were something wrong, shouldn't they cancel that faster, they saw I got some money, and they didn't like it.

What matches did you bet on? At what odds? Do you have screenshots showing the time the bets were placed/accepted? Do you have copies of the emails where Tobet informs you that your bets were voided?

If you want Bookmakers Review to help, you need to share more information. You cannot just expect to say "they cancelled my ticket, please help".

You need to prove that you have a valid complaint before we pursue the case.

What did you expect? Players come here only when they have problems, not all bookmakers take us seriously. We contacted Tobet, but we didn't hear back from them.

If players like yourself spent more time on the forum and the site contributing to it, maybe bookmakers would take notice. But I guess it's easier to come here with a problem and also be demanding.

Maybe you should hire a lawyer.

I guess this explain why they didn't reply: <a href="https://www.bookmakersreview.com/ratings-upgrades-downgrades/tobet-close-down-august-10/48926">Tobet to close down on August 10</a>.

Just a quick update for the forum, as the player has disappeared (and you will understand why): I have eventually spoken with management at both Tobet and Betsson and it appears that targetpfc was part of a group of Serbian players that were placing in-play bets on results already known.

In other words they were past-posting or late betting. I still believe Tobet could have handled the matter in a more professional way as one of the bets voided was almost a month old and the bookmaker initially tried to deny that was the case and only when they realized I had screenshots of the player's betting history they admitted to it.

In the coming days we will complete the investigation, but it seems likely that Tobet acted in accordance to its rules and to protect its business from a group of fraudsters.

Further to that, player targetpfc will be banned from Bookmakers Review as when he submitted his complaint he agreed to the following

<em>"If you decide to submit a complaint and the bookmaker proves to us you are a bonus abuser or a fraudster, you will be denied future use of the site and your name will be placed on a list available for other bookmakers to consult."</em>

I didn't ecape, I am here, just din't go on internet these days. I have placed my bets all regular, I do not place late bets, what group of Serbian players, I bet alone, and never do anything that is illegal. They've checked my account before first withdraw and haven't found anything that is illegal, just when I've got some money they canceled all my bets.

That is incorrect, most of the games weren't on tv, and if there were something wrong, how did they payout me money all regular, and then after a month placed bet that has been regular for a month became irregular.

I didn't say anything about TV, but your comment is very interesting.

A brief recap for the forum: we have one (or more likely around a dozen) of Serbian players betting with an online bookmaker that claims to have never targeted Serbia as a market and to be active mainly in Poland, betting live on matches that are not on TV.

Targetpfc: do you want me to believe that you were betting 40-50 euros on who will score the next goal on a match that you were not watching just because you had a feeling that they were playing well and they were about to score?

Surely Tobet could have dealt with this matter in a much better way. I have stated this several times, but that doesn't change the fact that if you placed the bets when you already knew the results you are a fraudster. It doesn't matter if they discovered that after a month. As long as they can prove it, there is no statute of limitation for past posting.
