Honestly I'm not sure he should have switched from Fields to Wilson after they got off to a great start. Maybe it was the right thing to do but Wilson is washed and the team was playing well with Fields. I think they have many problems to solve this offseason and it starts with the Quarterback. Whether or not Tomlin comes back I'm not sure but they have to decide to pass the torch at Quarterback imo.
