Of course it will. In his long news conference last week he said some to the effect of his days of being the force and the player he was in the past are effectively over.

I think we all kind of knew his 2019 Masters was his 86 Masters moment but the wreck sealed it.

Jack never won again after the 86 Masters and I’d be shocked if Tiger ever won again.
