Thoughts on Jazz Sportsbook? Personally…

Hey guys recently started playing here to have another out. So far so good. Customer service has definitely been a highlight.
Their lines are fair and at times better than other places.

Only thing I wish they would do is clean up the site a bit it terms of functionality. There seems to be a lot of things happening on the site that can make it hard to accomplish what you’re trying to do, especially when you’re navigating via your smartphone.

Other than that, great group of guys who have been helpful. Also their chat seems to be solid as well. Cheers

1) (most important) They pay within 24 hours and don't jip you on exchange rates
2) Good to great lines
3) Higher wagering limits than other 2nd tier books
4) Too much javascript running on their website. Should clean it up.
5) Payout limits too low, only $5k per week

Yeah, I agree w/ everything Sportsbettor stated. I've been using them for a long time. They use to be my main book but lower limits and just better books out there so I've played less over time. But still a decent 2nd tier book.

In the old days I would call in for wagers and you could even to "if bets" on an pending wager. Great times. Can't say definitely now but I thought they had above average CS. If Mark is still there, he's the best. He used to give me inside info on the industry whenever you called. It got to the point where he did talk a little too much and I was like man I gotta go and watch the game.

Totally agree with this assessment

also, they have weekend payouts. Same day. Some of the bigger books don’t even have this

Good to know they have same day weekend payouts on weekends. This is a big plus. All you can ask for is good customer service, reliable payouts, and good lines.

Another benefit is they, like BM, let you use e-mail confirmation for payouts. Some books require you to do SMS verification, which can be annoying if you don't want to give out your personal phone number.

I'm now going to test the jazz bookmaker, I've seen some people with bad experiences at this bookmaker but I've seen that most are satisfied!
