If you go to Bookmaker's website....and click house rules, then click general live betting rules, link found here

https://get.bookmaker.help/hc/en-us/articles/360032326351-Live-Betting-general-rules

You will see: NOTE: With all Live Betting, markets whose outcomes have already been determined will always have action. Example: a proposition bet on 'team to score next' will be graded once the next score occurs, even if the game is postponed/suspended after that point.

If I bet Over 0.5 in a soccer match and there is a goal in the 70th minute, and the game gets abandoned due to spectator riots in the 87th minute my wager should win as my result has already been determined. Do you guys read this the same way I do? They cancelled my wager due to "ending early"

So you bet over .50 goals to be scored, and a goal was scored in the game, well before it was over, correct?
Yes. I bet Over 0.5 goals Live in the 2nd half. Goal was scored to make the score 1-0 and the Over 0.5 hits. The match was later suspended after a crowd riot at 1-0. They are telling me the match did not go the full 90 minutes.

Their rule clearly states that:

Bets are considered official (for most markets) based on the result at the end of 90 minutes or full-time.

The terms 'full-time', '90 minutes' and 'normal time' all refer to the period of play including the 90 minutes of regulation plus injury time, but not including any extra periods (overtime) or penalty shootouts.

Here is my point...

The exceptions are any markets whose outcome has already been determined. Example: bets placed on the next goalscorer will have action as soon as the next goal is scored, even if the match is suspended after that point.

Kind of like tennis where there are canceled matches daily. If you bet a particular set and that set was completed than bet stands. If you bet on sets in general like plus 1,5 and your player wins 1st set in a best out of 3 your bet still gets pushed if match is cancelled in 2nd or 3rd set. Makes no sense because both outcomes of that bet are complete.

I think once you involve the full match than it goes by full match rules. Regardless bad beat. Sorry Funny
I am just going straight of Bookmaker's Live Soccer rules which states:

Correct. If you would have had a "which team scores next goal bet" it would have been graded a winner/loser immediately after the goal. Bullshit your bet isn't a winner because the winning and losing outcome on your bet is completed as well but books don't count it that way and treat it like a full game total goal outcome.

Just like in baseball your over bet is completed in 1st inning but if game isn't complete than no bet.

This is an easy win for you. They already stated their rules. I would A, ask them to enforced their own rule. And mention if the decision is not found in your favor you will ask BMR for assistance.

This site already help me get back $4K+. When the rules clearly in your side, bookmaker very likely to make it right.

I would go on and back up all data, screen shot of the score, time and everything. So you have the evidence needed to present your case.

In addition, they most likely have collected the unders and not refund them.

Yeah, think it has to do with the book not being able to collect from all the UNDER action to pay for the OVER action when like this happen...still do what @hazliam says and file complaint and hopefully they'll pay out of good faith...
