Blacks are worthless. They're jealous of everyone and everything because they have no real history of their own.

Even today, you will find slavery still exists in Africa and it's blacks doing it to ither blacks same as always.

What would they do if it wasn't for government programs like welfare?

You would literally have an entire people being absolutely useless, worthless, and a burden on society.
