So I’m up 12k in baccarat at bitcasino.io and I opt in to a new tournament with prizes of 5k.
I bet and take big risks $500 and $1,000 a hand and I’m way ahead in the tournament. Now with 3 days left to win a prize of 2500 USDT the tournament disappears all together without a trace.
Luckily I took screen shots because customer service had no clue about it.
I’m sitting here in disbelief wondering if this is some kind of glitch or is this the work of the mafia.
I’ve attached 2 screenshots.

A day before the tournament disappears I am disallowed from making a withdraw and I’m told that I need to now wager 5x times my deposit because I’m suspected of using their service as a crypto mixer.
I then wager 5x and withdraw all my funds, that explains why balance with them is now 0.

this is the rule they emailed me.


As per our terms and conditions:

6.8 We reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount if we suspect the user is using our service as a mixer. It is strictly forbidden to use our service for any other purpose than entertainment.

I never suspected they would stiff me or any other player because they have a lot to lose but to take a tournament down which had many participants in is abhorrent.

I’d did meet their 5x fairly quickly and withdrew everything and now I’m after the tournament prize which is 2.5k for first place.

It’s like withdrawing crypto from one place and moving it to many other places to hide its origin just like money laundering.

I withdrew 15k and it was instant.
Now I’m playing baccarat with Pinnacle’s casino and I’m up 17k and my withdrawals have been pending for 2 days.
Customer service says they are reviewing the withdrawals but I think they are stalling so that I continue playing because baccarat is a negative expectancy game.

Quit until you get paid. Bookmaker a bad place to have tons of money over a weekend with no weekend payouts especially if you’re placing big bets in the casino.
