Long sleep for Sammy after a long party/karaoke. haha

What do your customers want from you, Sam?
one customer bought a truck from another dealership but wanted my opinion on the price of an extended warranty from the other dealership. Pretty insane to call me when he didn't buy from me

customer 2 said his key fob battery died. Easiest fix in the world. Didn't need a 730 call and 830 text. He popped in this morning and we took care of situation in 2 minutes, Dude was hyped for no reason

"Pretty insane to call me when he didn't buy from me" -> Haha for real! You should tell this customer... "first off, how dare you?" lol.

To get a message during your off days is not a cool feeling.

Extended warranties are always a rip off. They tried to charge me $2000 for one on my car and it wouldn’t have come into play at all. It’s just free money for the dealer and whoever the finance guy is that closes it. You should have told him to get it out of spite for calling you on a day off.

Wild you’d get called about a fob battery? Shouldn’t need sales for that at all. Did it happen right after he drove off the lot with a car he bought?

i disagree on extended warranties, but that's another conversation.

the customer bought a pre owned vehicle and I never tested the spare key. So we easily replaced it. Minor mistake on my end not pressing the buttons on the spare, but still blown way over the top

THX for the time men
Would you ever go on that show as a guest ? I’ve been asked several times, but it’s really not my thing to be on a live stream. I leave that to the video professionals of the world.
