I couldn’t remember the specifics and had to check my thread in bovada community forum. Bovada didn’t give me anything but I posted this:

Heritage, JazzSports, and Bookmaker were the ones that gave me $50 freeplay.

BM said they’ll give me fp but never credited my account. Never pursued the matter as they said they don’t do bday bonus but will do it as one time bonus. So they weren’t obligated and I let it go.
