The NBA needs fewer teams, no more. In the next five or ten years, we might see a team challenge the worst record ever, (9-73, I believe).

You're right and that factor will probably get worse. The level of play is so high that you might not see any more ultra dominant players; LeBron might be the last guy who can go to the finals as he pleases as long as he has some help.
